The Three-Room Apartments
Each of the 8 apartments for 2 up to 5 persons has two separate bedrooms.
One of them is furnished with a double bed, the other one with two single beds.
The convertible sofa in the living room makes on demand the fifth accommodation.
Else, the three-room apartments have bathrooms with showers or bath-tubs and WC, satellite color TV sets, Internet access (ADSL WiFi), direct dial phones, radio alarm clocks and rented safe deposit boxes.
The air conditioning can on demand be switched to heating mode.
All of them have balconies or terraces with sideward sea view or view of the Ida mountains.
The kitchenettes are equipped with double electric hot-plates, refrigerators with freezer compartments, and all essential pots, pans, plates, dishes, cutlery and glassware.
Furthermore they have extractor fans, coffee-makers, electric kettles and manual juice squeezers.
