The 39 studios for 1 to 3 persons have bathrooms with showers or bath-tubs and WC, direct dial phones, TV sets, radio alarm clocks and rented safe deposit boxes. Some studios have connecting doors.
The air conditioning can on demand be switched to heating mode.
All dwelling units have balcony or terrace with sideward sea view or view of the Ida mountains.
